It is the responsibility of the individual purchasing to determine if the items contained within any kit are appropriate for their application.

No Returns on Instructional Items

For best results Paintless Dent Removal tools should only be used on Original Factory Paint, even then Results may still vary and are not guaranteed.)

(Keep in mind not all dents can be pulled using dent pulling tools)

 

  • Orders placed with a credit card are billed at the time of the order, To eliminate declined, over the limit  or out of date card problems.

  • Credit card orders over $1000.00 may be charged additional 3% credit card Processing Fee.

  • King Richard Co. may required orders over 1000.00 be pre-paid via wire transfer or Bank Check (some bank checks may require a 10-14 days to clear.)

  • Orders may arrive within approx. 1-4 weeks from date of order.

  • ( Usually 7 - 10 Days )

  • Special orders may take longer. ( Down Cushion , Custom Canvas, Etc. )

  • Delivery time will depend on the nature of the order.

  • Additional ship time may apply for out of stock or backordered items.

  • We are not responsible for delays that may occur with our suppliers or manufactures who may be shipping product to us for forwarding to our customers due to holidays, technical issues, company shut downs, Etc.

            Minimum Orders / Canceled Orders and Custom Purchases

  • King Richard Co

  • Will accept any order value with no minimum requirements. However, a $10.00 handling fee will be assessed for orders below $25.00

  • 10 % surcharge on items purchased in less than full packages.

          Return Policy

  • All Sales of Dent Removal Tools, Instructional Items, Fastener Setting Equipment and Machinery are final - No Returns

  • All other merchandise returns must be authorized by King Richard Co. and subject to

  • A 25 % Restocking /Administrative Fee ( Balance to be Store Credit Only)

  • Minimum Cancellation fee of 5% will be accessed on orders Canceled before they ship. (To Cover Non Refundable Credit Card Transition Fees)

  • Clients canceling orders or returning merchandise will be issued a store credit minus a 25% Restocking / Administrative Fee.

  • Down Cushions & Custom Canvas Orders Are Not Returnable.

  • Cut Yardage Material Items Such as Vinyl, Fabric, Clear Vinyl  Etc. Are Not Returnable.

  • No returns or refunds after 30 Days of the original sale.

  • King Richard Co  is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during shipping or delivery. 

  • All initial orders are pre-paid via Credit Card, Money Order or wire transfer.
