A suggestion to help the fabrication process when making folding struts ...

I know you probably have an experienced team of individuals that are more than capable of fabrication most anything.

However I would still like to offer the info below.

When fabricating it is a good idea to make a set of jigs for drilling and I suggest that you drill and make test

struts on less valuable pipe, say aluminum tubing, ignoring the dimension difference, just looking to build the

correct jig and the correct placement of the finished drilled holes for roll pins as well as spring ball.
