| The Dome and Tack was
originally made for, and can be used to make, the "Sea
Band ®" type of anti nausea bracelets, or bands, which
are worn around the wrist to prevent motion sickness
or nausea. The dome is designed to contact the
associated acupuncture (acupressure) point (P6) of the
wrist. The tack pierces the fabric and holds the dome on the
inside of the bracelet or band. The Dome and Tack fastener
can also be used for a variety of thin-panel fastening
applications. |
