Do It Your Self Canopy Kits

All of the canopies on this page come with all of the components needed to build the canopy except for the pipe.  Please note the tarps are generally cut 6" to 8" short.  Therefore, a 20' xX20' tarp will be finished at 19'-6" X 19'-6".  

KITS DO NOT INCLUDE PIPE.  

3/4" and 1": EMT Electrical Conduit, Thin wall 3/4" and 1". Tubing is galvanized to prevent rust. Available at Home Depot. COST Approx $2.25/ 10' stick (3/4") Approx $3.85/ 10' stick (1").  Appropriate for light to medium duty applications.  If used in snowy environments you must have rafters at least every 5' to prevent collapse.  1" is best used on temporary set-ups or permanent set-ups in moderate climates.  3/4" is best for "daily" set-ups and take downs.

1-3/8": Fencing Tube, 1-3/8". Available at your local fencing pipe contractor. COST  Approx $.70 per lineal foot.  Appropriate for medium duty to heavy duty applications.
